This project is nestled within expansive greenery, offering an ideal setting for a tranquil residence. Despite the picturesque surroundings, the existing bedrooms on-site were insufficient in size and functionality, falling short of the client's requirements.

To address this, the proposed solution features a thoughtful loft conversion guided by an open-plan design philosophy. A key aspect of the transformation is the conversion of the roof from a hip to a gable, which significantly increases usable space. The design also integrates a strategically recessed balcony, offering a charming view of the serene back garden.

In essence, the project enhances both the aesthetic appeal and livability of the home, harmoniously merging modern functionality with the natural surroundings.
