1 | Initial Consultation

We commence with an in-depth initial consultation to thoroughly understand the Project requirement and discuss the Client’s needs. This consultation can take place through convenient means such as through phone calls, meetings or even a site visit, if necessary.

2 | Project Information

Following the initial consultation, we will present the client with a comprehensive Project Information Sheet outlining all the services we offer. The client will have the opportunity to select the specific services they require from the list. This sheet will be provided to the client for their reference on the same day as the meeting or site visit.

3 | Quotation

Within an hour of the meeting or site visit, we will furnish the client with a detailed Quotation that outlines the Scope of work and the associated Costs based on the Project Information provided. The Quotation will remain valid for a period of 30 days, if applicable.

Follow-up | We understand the significance of timely communication. As such, we will proactively follow up with the client within 24 hours of providing the Quotation, and then again after 7 days. Subsequently, we will reach out at the end of the 30-day period, allowing ample time for the client to evaluate their project needs thoroughly and conduct market surveys and for us to understand the project stage.

4 | Project Agreement

Upon the Client's acceptance of the Quotation, we will proceed to create the Project Agreement. The finalized Agreement will be delivered to the client within 24 hours of Quotation acceptance.

5 | Commencement of Services

Work on the client's project will commence within 24 hours of signing the Project Agreement. Our services will be delivered smoothly and efficiently, ensuring the client's needs are met.
